From Learner to Top of the Class
My Journey to Becoming the State's Top Graduate
November 22, 2024, was an unforgettable day for me: at the IHK awards ceremony in Berlin, I was honored as the state's best IT developer. This award is not just another trophy for my collection; it represents the fruit of years of effort, countless nights spent studying, and constantly juggling family life, a full-time job, and further education.
I am particularly proud that during my training I not only deepened my technical knowledge but also invested over 600 hours in essential management skills such as leadership, human resources management, contract and employment law, and project management. These skills are often overlooked in many technical studies but are, in my opinion, indispensable for personal and professional development.
Many of the topics I tackled were initially unfamiliar to me, some were even completely new. However, I ultimately overcame the obstacles in my path and was able to finish my studies as the best in my class, which brings me great gratitude and satisfaction.
I hope my journey inspires others to continuously develop themselves and take on new challenges. After all, the satisfaction of successfully overcoming these challenges is priceless.
